The suite offered a amazing river view, along with ample space and a modern feel. Staff members were consistently friendly and available. Sound insulation from the street was lacking, leading to disturbances during the night, which impacted sleep quality. The shower drainage was less than ideal, requiring some attention to improve the overall comfort.

I greatly enjoyed the stay. The stay here was very lovely on vacation. The hotel had a very central location and it was a super close walk to Church of Santo Spirito.

Positive, This place has a stellar location with great local food options nearby. The room was immaculate, and I loved the charming aesthetic of the building. I received helpful recommendations from the host. Plus, being on the fourth level offered an amazing view 😊

Newly decorated and decent size room with lovely views of the surrounding hills. Particularly good and perfect location to a medieval stone bridge. And right by Oltrarno which has many good eateries, about 10 minutes walk from central Florence, and main sights being a 5-10 minute walk away.

Good service, though a few employees were just terrible. Also, location was absolutely perfect, at a short distance from a spandrel arch bridge.

Extremely small bathroom and Wi-Fi was bad.

The river view was amazing, but we found hair on the towels.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with good amenities.

The shower was shockingly cramped. The sound insulation was terrible. Every word from the neighboring room echoed through my space.

We loved our spacious suite with fine river views, and the extra couch beds were a nice touch for my mom. The hotel had great spots to relax, especially the cozy lounge area and the terrace that overlooked the river. I did struggle a bit finding the place at first, but overall, it was such a wonderful experience 😊

Unfortunately, the noise from the street was quite disruptive during the night, making it difficult to get a good rest.

I had high expectations for La Torre Del Cestello, but alas, my room's decor was as generic as a chain hotel. Not to mention the drainage in the shower was quite pathetic. I almost thought about writing a glowing review, but then realized i didn't receive any complimentary gestures, which would've been nice. Shocking!

Charming hotel, friendly staff, with a wonderful view of the river and easy access to the train station for exploring the city.

Everything is what I need and want.

The location is ideal, close to the river with restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms were comfortable and modern, and it's super quiet at night. We enjoyed exploring local eateries and highly recommend the café next door for breakfast. It's a perfect base for sightseeing without the tourist crowds.

It's definitely not a deal-breaker, but just something to note if you're packing heavily.
